We embarked on a major life change; moving from Arizona to Gig Harbor, Washington with six horses and two Great Danes! To find the perfect property for us was no small task. Added to our very specific needs for a home, was the fact that we had not purchased a new home in 25 years, so we were truly "rookies" with regard to the process. Brad went above and beyond in his efforts to find us our perfect home! He was available at all hours to answer my sometimes neurotic questions and helped calm my nervous mind. If there were questions he didn't have answers to, he made sure he found the answers and responded back to me quickly in every instance. He nudged us ever so gently when we were being tentative, but knew when to give us space while we worked through all the tentacles associated with the move. His network of professionals that he recommended to us (Loan Officers/Lenders, Home Inspectors, Vendors) were in my opinion, the best of the best! We did not have one hiccup in the process and I can thank Brad for that! He is the definition of professional; informed, friendly and truly cares about the best interests of his clients. I don't know if this move would have happened if I had not been fortunate enough to have found Brad Bennett! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor! My boyfriend and I just bought our first home in Shelby Township, MI in February. With us being new to the home buying game, Brad helped us pre-interview several realtors local to us in Michigan and we ultimately went with his recommendation, Danielle McCartney Realtor. We loved having the benefit of two realtors at our disposal throughout the process. Brad did an awesome job explaining how much cash we would need up front for the down payment and closing costs which was a big concern for us since first time home buyers typically don't have a ton of cash available. We really wanted to make sure that we were looking at houses within our budget. Brad checked in with us as we shopped lenders and toured different houses offering tons of support along the way and was anxiously awaiting updates right along side us after we put in an offer on our house.
