I am a demanding customer - I have burned through more real estate agents than most people will ever meet.
Brad was an entirely different experience - I literally worked with him over a year to arrive at the home I purchased when moving from Portland OR to Tacoma WA. It's virtually impossible to create a check list of features to determine your perfect home - it's all compromises and considerations. Brad engaged at a very personal level, really understanding the vision for my new life and then being candid about his feelings one way or another when viewing properties. I was starting a new job and had a full plate - Brad absolutely amazed me at being immediately there for me when needed and never pestering or prodding. He coordinated resources to get the deal done too - as I was new to the area is legwork was invaluable. My boyfriend and I just bought our first home in Shelby Township, MI in February.
